Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "key4d", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the key4d online gaming platform, accessible at https://key4d.ws, and its operating entity.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the key4d platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Member on the key4d platform, which provides access to games, the member wallet, and all associated services.
• "Member Wallet" means the internal balance account associated with each key4d Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Services" refers collectively to all online gaming products, payment processing, customer support, promotional offers, and ancillary features made available by key4d, including but not limited to the live casino, sportsbook, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Live Dragon Tiger, and Bingo Online.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or enhanced-odds offers credited to a Member's Account by key4d under a specific promotional programme.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Member from their own financial account via a supported Indonesian payment method, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process that key4d may require a Member to complete before permitting withdrawals or continued use of the platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned in Clause 10 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all time-sensitive references in these Terms & Conditions, including deposit-processing windows and support availability.

Use of the key4d platform and all associated Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as you maintain an Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. key4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any Real-Money Funds returned via the original deposit method, subject to applicable identity verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally restricted from entering into contracts are not permitted to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the key4d platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any time during which you hold an active Account. Attempting to register a new Account while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Employees: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of key4d and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or maintain a Member Account.

To access the Services, you must complete the key4d registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, complete, and belongs solely to you.

• Required Information: Registration requires a valid username, a secure password, a personal email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. Additional information including full legal name, date of birth, and preferred payment method may be collected as part of the KYC process.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. key4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other support channel.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify key4d support immediately at [email protected]. key4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
• KYC Verification: key4d may require Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence issued by the Indonesian government. Proof of address may also be required. key4d applies these measures in line with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• Account Accuracy: Any material change to the information on file — including email address, mobile number, or banking details — must be reported to key4d support without delay. Maintaining inaccurate Account information is grounds for suspension.

All financial transactions on the key4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). key4d does not currently accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposit Source: All deposits must be made from a financial account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a bank account, e-wallet, or card that does not belong to the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for deposits, or to a method verified by key4d's payments team during KYC. key4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Fees: key4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via any supported Indonesian payment method. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside key4d's control and are the Member's responsibility.
• Withdrawal Approval: key4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct, or review of bonus wagering compliance. key4d will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected Member within a reasonable timeframe.
• Maximum Withdrawal: key4d may apply maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the Member's Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Members with VIP status may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to separate VIP terms.

key4d offers a range of promotional programmes to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and enhanced sportsbook odds. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated individually for each promotion. A wagering requirement of, for example, 10x on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Member must place total bets of Rp 1.000.000 using those Bonus Funds before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake. Live casino games, including live blackjack and live baccarat, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sportsbook bets must meet a minimum odds threshold (usually 1.50 or above per selection) to count toward bonus wagering. Full contribution rates are displayed within each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account automatically. key4d will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: key4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and related winnings, and to suspend any Account, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any form of coordinated exploitation by groups of Members.
• Seasonal Promotions: key4d may offer time-limited promotions during Indonesian cultural and national events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year, and Nyepi. These promotions carry their own terms and are available for a stated period only.

All games available on the key4d platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, togel, Live Dragon Tiger, and Bingo Online — operate under the rules of the respective game providers and are subject to independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable.

• Game Results: All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealers operating under regulated conditions. key4d does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are verified by independent auditors.
• Sportsbook Settlements: Sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body. key4d reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, match abandonment, or confirmed match-fixing.
• Togel Draws: Togel draw results are sourced from officially published lottery results. Any discrepancy between a published result and an internal settlement must be reported to key4d support within 24 hours of the draw.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, key4d's system will complete the round according to the rules of the game. Bets that were confirmed before disconnection remain valid and will be settled accordingly.
• Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, key4d reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to the Member's wallet.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session time reminders that prompt them at a chosen interval during active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via live chat or email to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours.
• Age Verification: key4d performs age verification checks as part of KYC. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the original payment source.

All content on the key4d platform — including but not limited to the key4d brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics (where licensed from third-party providers), text, and software code — is the intellectual property of key4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the key4d platform without the prior written consent of key4d.
• Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Use of such content is governed by the applicable studio licence terms.
• The key4d name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or communication not authorised by key4d.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, key4d's total liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform or the Services shall be limited to the amount of Real-Money Funds held in the Member's wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

• key4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if key4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• key4d does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Planned maintenance windows and emergency technical work may cause temporary service interruptions. key4d will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance.
• key4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, telecommunications outages, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes key4d's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by key4d's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the key4d platform. Breach of any of the following conditions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with key4d.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, game manipulation, or collusion with other Members or third parties.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the key4d platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal enterprises.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in the platform to gain credits or winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided and reversed.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing key4d staff or other Members via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account, or any part of the key4d backend, without authorisation.

key4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by key4d.
• Reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct, fraudulent activity, or money laundering.
• Request by the Member for self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure.
• Inactivity — an Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account handling, including any applicable administrative fees or balance retention policies, will be communicated to the Member's registered email address before any action is taken.

In the event of Account closure not attributable to a breach by the Member, Real-Money Funds remaining in the Member's wallet will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which key4d is incorporated and licenced to operate. By using the key4d platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with any laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.

key4d operates under an international gaming licence and applies internationally recognised standards for player protection, fair play, and anti-money laundering compliance. key4d does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate for use in any jurisdiction in which online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally through key4d's customer support channels shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration in connection with any such dispute.

key4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, key4d will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform at login. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after the notification is sent.

Your continued use of the key4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date.
